Acceptance of terms
By using Lynt, you agree to these terms. If we change them, we’ll update this page; continued use means you’re okay with the new version.
What Lynt is
Lynt is a web app to build, edit, and export resumes. You get an editor, templates, optional AI help, and PDF export. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Your account
You sign in with Google. You’re responsible for your account and what happens on it. You can delete your account anytime; we may keep some data as needed (e.g. for security or as required by law), as described in our Privacy Policy.
Your content
You own everything you create. We don’t claim it. We need a limited license to run the app—to store it, show it, run AI on it, and let you export it. Don’t use the app for anything illegal or to harm others; we can remove content that breaks these terms.
AI features
We offer AI suggestions to help with wording and formatting. They’re “as is”—we don’t guarantee they’re perfect. Always review before using. We’re not on the hook for choices you make based on AI output.
Data retention
We keep your account and content while your account is active. If you delete your account or content, we’ll remove or anonymize it within a reasonable time, except where we must keep it (e.g. law or security).
Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is.” We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or lost data or profits, from using or not being able to use Lynt.
Indemnification
You agree to cover us for claims, damages, or costs that arise from your use of the app, your content, or your breaking these terms.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a new version and updating the “Last updated” date. If you keep using Lynt, that’s acceptance. For questions, reach out via the contact info on the site or in the app.
